Get In Touch
Start by scheduling your complimentary Discovery Call.
After you choose your meeting time, you’ll receive an email with a link with details about our upcoming chat.
This call is a chance for us to get to know you and your travel group better, so I can tailor my recommendations just for you.
If your trip requires a planning fee, I’ll let you know during this step and you’ll receive an invoice to take care of before we move forward.

Choose Your Own Adventure
After our discovery call, I’ll collaborate with my trusted travel partners to design a tailored proposal that’s a great match for you and your travel party.
Your proposal will highlight why I’ve selected specific properties or experiences, and I’ll include suggestions for how we can customize every detail to fit your unique preferences and needs.

Confirm It
Once you’ve approved your proposal, Compass & Sage will get to work securing every part of your vacation.
You’ll receive clear reservation confirmations to review, along with an easy-to-read invoice for your approval and payment.

Crafting The Details
Between confirming your trip and your departure date, we’ll be busy managing all the important details—final payments, detailed itinerary planning, and everything in between.
During this phase, we’ll stay in touch to ask about your preferences, provide helpful reminders for payments, and keep you updated on any key decision deadlines, ensuring your travel experience is seamless from start to finish.

You will receive a detailed itinerary with all booking confirmations and vouchers (excursions/activities).
We will provide helpful information that will be at your fingertips via our free app.
We can arrange a pre-departure call to review all of your logistics and answer any questions.
While on your vacation, you will have 24/7 access to Compass & Sage.
